Mississauga stabbing: road rage cause

Peel police officers are searching for a suspect who allegedly stabbed a man following a road rage incident in a Mississauga parking lot.

The incident occurred on Wednesday night around 6:30 p.m. in the area of Eglinton Avenue West and Ridgeway Drive. Upon arriving at the scene, police found one person with stab wounds and transported the victim to a hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.

The victim and suspect do not know each other, and the attack appears to have been a brief road rage incident. The suspect fled on foot, and police have released photos of him, requesting the public’s help locating him. Described as a man in his 20s with black curly hair, the suspect was last seen wearing a black sweater and sweatpants. If you have any information, please call the police at 905-453-3311.
