A woman driving near the Silverburn shopping centre was left in shock after a middle aged man stepped out his vehicle in the middle of the road and screamed vile racial abuse towards her.
The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, was on her way home from the gym when she was puzzled by another motorist braking constantly in front of her.
And was left truly horrified once the car in front stopped and the man directed his hateful vitriol towards her.

She told Glasgow Live: “I was driving home from the gym and there was a car in front of me that was braking a lot.
“I could see a figure making gestures in their mirror but I couldn’t tell what they were doing. So I was cautious and tried to give myself some room, I didn’t know if they wanted me to hit the back of them, or if they had a child on board.
“We reached a set of lights and I stopped to make sure there was a full car space between us. Then at the second set lights I did the same but then the person got out the car and I saw it was a guy.
“He stormed towards and shouted ‘stay the f*** away from me’. Then I turned my music down, which happened to be Punjabi music because I’m Punjabi, because I was trying to listen.
“He then told me to get that ‘dirty music off, you dirty f***ing P*** ‘ he got in his car and drove off. I was in a state of shock.
